Virginia Legacy Announces Destination for 2007 European Tour

U13 Age Groups will Travel to Germany During Spring Break



Williamsburg, VA (November 2, 2006) – The Virginia Legacy Soccer Club announced today that the U13 boys and girls teams will be traveling to Germany for the 2007 European Tour. Teams will play against top German youth teams in a series of friendly matches. Professional DFB German coaches will train the teams while they stay at a sport school used normally as a preseason training facility for professional teams. The club will lead day trip tours to Groningen, Holland, Bremen and Hamburg, Germany. Finally, the teams will have the opportunity to watch Bundesliga matches, the top level of German soccer. The trip will be a fantastic cultural and playing experience. All U13 teams are currently fundraising in a variety of means for the trip.

The Virginia Legacy Soccer Club is a 501-C3 non-profit organization based out of Williamsburg, Virginia. Legacy Soccer offers some of the top facilities in southeastern Virginia including the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex (WISC) and the Warhill Sports Complex.
