VLSC Fitness Training Schedule
All sessions held outdoors on Turf Practice Soccer Fields.
In the event of bad weather the sessions will be moved indoors
U11-U14 Technical/Fitness Training: October 8 – November 19 (7 weeks)
All Sessions take place on Mondays:
U11 Girls and U12 Boys and Girls: 5:45– 7:15PM
U13 – U14 Boys and Girls: 6:30– 8:00PM
**All sessions will spend 45 minutes with the VLSC Fitness Staff on speed and conditioning training, and then spend 45 minutes with the VLSC Technical Staff on technical soccer training**
U11 Boys: 6:00-7:30PM at JCC Rec Center
** These sessions will coincide with U10 Academy Training and run by Johnny Kamara, Youth Travel Academy Director**
U15-U18 Speed and Agility Training (SAT): July 30 – September 28 (8 weeks)
Mondays 5:30 – 6:30PM
Mondays 6:30 – 7:30PM
Mondays 7:30 – 8:30PM
Tuesdays 6:30 – 7:30PM
Tuesdays 7:30 – 8:30PM
Wednesday 6:30 – 7:30PM
Wednesday 7:30 – 8:30PM
Thursdays 6:30 – 7:30PM
**All players will sign up for two time slots on two different nights. Players will work on different speed enhancing techniques and agility/footwork training with the VLSC Fitness Staff—Group maximum of 25 players per time slot and minimum of 10 players per time slot (if we do not reach 10 people in a time slot, we will make adjustments)**
